Just bought my first 8! 2009 GT Sparkling black mica!

I've wanted one of these ever since they came out, went with the 2009 GT with the premium package and all weather floor mats. Corners, wing, and CAI to come sometime in the future. Little bit about me I'm a 20 year old infantryman in the Army and student, finally saved up enough coin to get one (been saving since 04 :D)

No but I put a large down payment on it, should be paid off by the time I deploy.

I might get one but with the 50:50 ratio it's not as needed as it is on other cars, I like having more visibility in the rear too.

REsuperD 04-12-2009 01:11 PM

i just saw that it's sparkling black. you should post a photo of it when it's sunny. this is a gorgeous color

and i thought the new ones come w/ small lip spoilers on the trunk?

The spoiler is like 360 extra. Here's some sun pics I just took, I was excited yesterday and took pictures despite the gloom.

So far I am... I've taken all our Easter guests for drives and I've wanted one for years... I can't wait until after the break in period to really unleash it!!!!!!!!!!!

Great to see someone young actually save up and buy rather than go deep into debt . Good job . Hope you enjoy your new ride .
Don't think you need to do too many miles before "unleashing" it . See the Racing Beat recommended break in proceedure ....

renesisgenesis 04-12-2009 03:21 PM

what transmission does it have?
