Jet Chip Upgrade
I have a 2004 RX-8 that seems to be stock except for the exhaust. I was looking into the jet chip ecu upgrade and was wondering if anyone has done it? I basically want more HP out of my car, so if anyone has suggestions it would be appreciated.

You didn't pick a big enough font size, it's hard to read what you're saying, if I understand, you said you bought the wrong car?
I'm pretty sure there are few threads on the forums with info about how most of those "chips" are junk, especially the ones found on ebay, scroll to the bottom and look at the related threads. Hurray for search. Lolz. |
I think It's a BAD IDEA!!!!!!
If you want to get an ECU upgrade, I suggest that you should get the Accessport(AP) as it is the best all rounder and you get free tunes when you buy it from MazdaManiac :) |
Pearl river....that's right by me. If you want better acceleration, I would suggest BHR Yukon coils, light weight clutch/flywheel counter weight, and MM maps for cobb AP.
