Ipod integration module
 

Hi Everyone..

Just a quick question, for those who got the Ipod Integration module from Mazda.
Does it work with the newest Ipod Nano 4th Generation?

also, the lowest price i found around where i live is about 120 dollars just for the Kit....does anyone know how much dealer charges you for the installation??

the stock ipod unit from mazda sucks balls. Look at the audio link option from thermpstore.com. You don't have to be handy to install it and a local place would probably charge you 50 to 100 bucks to install.

If you search you'll find a few threads about taking out the stock HU and even installing the audiolink/mazda/cd bypass mods.

I have the Nano 4G. It works just fine.On the stock Mazda unit.
Not everybody can have a nice video display in the dash like Laythor.

The Mazda unit is the only option for some of us. Firmware limitations from 2003 prodution line won't work with most aftermarket ipod integration kits.
