I was wondering what kind led interior lights to get, cant really decide between blue or red. My interior seats are black and red if taht makes any difference. Im asking for opinions.

And if anyone thinks this a stupid thread then i dont know what is a good or decent thread.

 

I bought high power red for my interior and doors, then after I tired of the intense PINK light, went to high power (1 watt) blues.

Bright red light is pink for all intents, and the same wattage in blue looks about 50 times brighter than red. My car interior 'glows' when the lights come on now.

Even if you don't like blue, go purple/green/daylight, anything but pink.....

 

I like white LED but given the choices you offered I would say blue.

 

Ammmm why not pink...lol... I like the blues and my car is red. They glow like a ufo.

 

I had thought about red for my interior lighting, but hesitated because of the 'pink' factor. I ended up with blue interior, footwell and puddle lights. I like the subtle glow of the blue...a lot.

 

I would say red since your interior is red/black. I went with blue since my interior is all black.

I have very bright red lights in my car and they are anything but pink. They are a darker color of red at that. Give off some 40 lumens of light a piece and work wonderful. Plus red lights don't jack up your night vision.

 

I got blue high power LEDS -- makes the inside look sexy.
