searched a bit, couldn't find something on this

my car was at the dealership for an airbag issue( the light wouldn't go off) but once i got it back, the information panel just went crazy from then. all the words would just scramble. i called back and they want to charge 130 just to take a look at it. here's a link to the video if anyone can help with the issue

It is probably not fully seated into the back of the headunit (all integrated). Remove the headunit (lookup DIY and be careful) and make sure everything is plugged in tight into the rear of the head unit. I have seen it a few times and don't worry its easy to remove just be careful and go slow. Either way the LCD can be had used for like $30.00.
