I myself am partial to the Auto-Bahn, Mazdaspeed, and Vertex kits.. and the stock appearance package.... ;P

That nose makes the 8 look like a scary sea monster...:)

Stock looks to plain, imo, mazdaspeed is the nicer bodykit out there, both fitment and looks are awesome on it.

The Mazdaspeed V2 is the best looking kit imo.

stock, real MS, or re-amemiya (functional too!) ftw imo.

I like the plain also but you have to have the rotary accent kit. Spoiler or no spoiler is a toss up. Finally the stock exhaust pipe has to go, those 2.5" out let pipes look really weak. 3.5" to 4" are a must.

Oh....and make it Black although dark gray also looks pretty nice.

I liove the RE kit. I want one so bad, but it is way too expensive...

I agree ... bone stock or maybe with the stock rear wing. I have never much cared for the look of the stock aero kits or anyone elses.

Funny how all of you argue, we all know the true color of a sports car is RED. IMO, blue, silver,that fugly green they first release, titanium gray, and yes dont forget the old shinka. look like every other car color out there.


P.S. i mentioned the shinka because it looks black for far...

I prefer the stock look -1.5", the worst look is the gayero things in front of the rear wheel wells.

I agree with the OP. I like the stock look a lot, with a spoiler too. The only kits I'd consider is the autobahn or the mazdaspeed 2 (if that's ever coming out). The original mazdaspeed doesn't look so good in red for some reason.

the stock 8 has always seemed incomplete to me. because it rounds off near the bottom it makes it look obnoxiously high. appearance package adds that much needed ground effect to the stock body.

I like everything in the appearance package except the front lip. Just doesn't seem to 'fit in' with the rest of the car.

im with swoope. the front needs most of the work because it rounds at the corners while the middle is empty. most of the ground effect comes outta the front air damn. side aero flares shoulda been made all the way like sideskirts.

I think if you go with the Mazdaspeed kit, you should get atleast 19"s or 20"s. The bigger kit makes the stock 18"s look too small. That's just me though.

+1 for the appearance package too... btw wtf 20s for MS?

Stock 18s look fine with the MS kit. MS 18" wheel, though, is perfect with the MS kit.

mazda north america one off. havent found who made it for them. they may have glassed it themselves in their design studio

ah i was just searching through all the posts about it. i gound one about a buy in on the hood scoop its like 21 pages and im only on page 3, guess ill be on here for a while
