How do I install an amp and subs?

How would i go about installing an amp and subs in my '04 RX8 while keeping the stock stereo? I've looked all over and i haven't found any real answers, but i see other 8's online with tons of additions. PLEASE HELP!!

if you even make an attempt to search this out, you'd find hours worth of threads and differant installs that can be done.
