I think that is a car wax commercial... they dont show the "after" pictures when they wax it and it looks brand new.

There is a gameshow here in the US that would do that. The person who wins has to answer like 5 questions. For everyone he gets wrong, the two losers get to hit the car. I saw the show a few times. One guy missed almost all the questions..
