High Power RX-8 with average of 500KPA in one rotor

We conducted an Interesting experiment that entails a high power RX-8 with one rotor out of specs (an average of 500 KPA) and a low power RX-8 with normal compression. The high power has some idle problems but the engine still starts and also has very bad mileage.

So in a drag race the high power with problematic compression in one rotor was noticeable faster than the low power with normal compression. We repeated the experiment but this time instead of a low power with normal compression we used a high power with normal compression. This time the high power with normal compression was noticeable faster than the high power with problematic compression.

So the high power with problematic compression in one rotor has lost a percentage of its power but still faster than a low power ! Ok someone will say that was the expected outcome. Well we were expecting that an average of 500KPA in one rotor would have entailed much more lose of power. Just to mention that the other rotor has an average of 720 KPA , so it is ok.

Random and mostly useless information. This really contributes nothing that is actually useful though.
