You have a bad ground somewhere. I bet the sound is coming from your speakers too huh? The whine you are hearing is a bad ground. With all the electrical devices coming on that you mentioned changes the pitch and rpm's changes the pitch then you have a bad ground somewhere.

Ok that helps a little just now I gotta find that bad ground in my entire car.......

Did you recently install stereo equipment or have aftermarket stereo equipment? That is usually when people notice a whine...after they installed an amp or subs...or have them already and a ground has came loose. If you dont have any of that, start by checking the body grounds under the hood.

What you are describing is noise from the alternator.

To confirm that the whine is indeed coming from the alt, unplug the alt while the engine is running.

If the noise ( whine ), goes away, then shut off your car and plug it back in.

Please don’t plug it in with the engine running.

If there is a problem with the alternator, the feed back could cause damage elsewhere.

After you reconnect the plug, connect a volt meter to the battery, ( engine off, what is the battery voltage?)
Then start the engine, what does the volt meter read? check the voltage at idle, then check the voltage at 2000 rpm.
Now turn on you head lights and fans with your engine running,
voltage reading should be 14.2v.

How old is your battery??, a weak, failing battery will cause the alt to overheat and whine like a passenger that is not use to
riding in a car that handles.
