HID lights upgrade on 04 6spd
I added a ballast w/h7 6500k lighting system...for some odd reason it flickers sometimes...and sometimes one turns on and the other off...i have to flip the switch a few times on off on off on to have them both work....anyone have any suggestions to get rid of the problem? relay wires?? any links to good products or any refferals to socal locations would help a lot. thanks

This really a question you should have posted in the tech garage/apperance section, but I'll answer your question anyway, for a small fee.
You will always get the best results using OEM HID's ballast and bulbs, ie. Philips, Valeo, Matsushita. After market kits are not held to the same standards as OEM's and ususally burn out much quicker. I don't which make of kit you bought, I hope it wasn't one of those cheap Korean kits? So, which kit is and can you get your money back? HIDPLANET.COM . sells OEM kits they even have H7 to DS2 adaters. That would be the way to go Good luck |
no it's a cheap chinese one i got on ebay..but it wasn't so cheap about $180 not including all the time and effort it took to put them on. Thanks for the info. It's very helpful.
