Help with Mazda USA
I posted an earlier thread regarding overspray on my car. However, 3 body shops plus the dealer said it was a paint defect not overspray. The dealer called today and said the rep. would not repair the problem. Car is an 05 with 20,000 miles when problem surfaced. The dealer was very surprised and advised me to call Mazda. I relayed the problem and was told by the young lady on the phone that no one can overturn a reps decision! Does anyone have information about who I could contact? Thank you in advance for any help.

from what i understand, it is either the district or regional managers that have final say. she probably just told you that, to get you off the phone, hoping you'd just accept it and go away.

that happend to me in iowa. The loophole is to get a different rep to say yes. In iowa they said my tranny leak was a result of abuse and wouldnt repair it. I moved to cali and without me even saying anything my new dealer goes "whoa, you have a tranny leak, we will take care of that". Go to a different state and play dumb.
