Hello from Northern Australia
Hello, My name is Bob and I have just purchased my 2011 RX8 GT/R3. I picked it up 3 days ago and am extremely happy with it.
I look forward to learning as much as I can from all of you on my Maiden Rotory voyage.
Here are a couple of pics of my new baby.

Haha no roo bar for me. Going to get some Roo shoo's though. Little whistles that go inside the front bumper to scare away animals and small children at speed.

Got a quick question. On my passenger side mirror I have a little light underneath that shines on the outside of the door when open however on the Drivers side there is no light. Is this normal or have I been given a dud?

if there is a transparent cover, there should be a light. otherwise there will be a rubber cover.

Jason is correct..
All Aussie S2's have puddle lights in door mirrors, both sides..
BTW: Happy New Year all...going to be 42 (107F) where I am today (1st)...nice and dry!

its either a rubber piece or a light.
maybe the previous owner knocked the mirror off and replaced it with a non-puddle light version.

Spent 5 days this week Zainoing my car.
Process taken: Dish soap wash, Z18 Claybar, Z7 Wash, Z6wipe down, ZAIO, Z6, ZAIO, Z6, ZAIO, Z6, Z5, Z6, Z5, Z6, Z5, Z6, Z5, Z6, Z6, Z6, Z6.
Long process due to the humidity up here at the moment reaching the 90% each day, not allowing the polish to dry, but I perservered with it and the finished product is not to bad.
Did all the little detail work aswell. It's the small details that count.
And a Final Thumbs Up....
