well, feel free to PM me, I try and get people together when some of the local clubs run Road America. There are some other local tracks that I have not been to yet, but will be trying to get to sometime this driving season. Autobahn down in IL, Grattan in Michigan, and Blackhawk Farms. I know personally I drive much less aggressively on the street after tracking my car, due to the scary people that drive on our steets and freeways

I got a ticket for 80 in a 35... the roads dead strait and really should be a 55. The cop later said he actually clocked me at 79 soo he didnt give me a break at all. But i went to court about it... first offense dropped it to 20 over 6 points $150 + court cost

Normally I am very good at spotting cops BEFORE they spot me. I have never had a radar detector and this will be my 2nd ticket in 9 years of driving. All that happened was I approached a slower moving semi from behind...both of us in the far right of three lanes. He moved over into the center lane, and I followed suit...with the intent of then moving into the far left lane to complete the pass. Unfortunately, the reason the semi moved over was a police officer was parked on the right hand shoulder. When the semi moved over he must have had a clear shot at me. I, of course, slowed and did not pass the semi...but it was too late. Just bad luck, I guess.

And, yes...I know it is hard to detect sarcasm over the internet, but I realize that this is 99% my fault. 1% my car's fault, because it's just too easy to drive her fast!
Wow... That is sort of expensive ticket ... I got a 82mph in a 25mph..... Ticket was around 200 dollars

Was it a Wisconsin State trooper?

Every one of them I've ran into has been a jackass.

I just got dinged yesterday.... 84 in a 65... but he dropped it down to 70 in a 65, which is only a $40 fine, so i can't complain too much.

blah blah, not good when you are on a tight budget due to gas prices (and beer).

red wine actually...
