a quick lap around youtube yielded me this... in that red, it is a pretty good looking car...: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=57LmAgFt3Y0

Well, I don't think the '09 is all that different - although from that video it sounds like you might get a bit better equipment in the '10 - and I'd recommend this one, so... :)

I would disagree with the video review on one point. This is not a "docile handling" car. It doesn't compete when it comes to drag racing, but otherwise it handles like a rear-wheel-drive sports car. The overall balance and feel of the steering are excellent, and combined with the unique engine tone they make this car an enjoyable ride at any speed.

will have better engine longevity then series 1's, however, next to no after market support.

she forgot to mention that Maintance is a b!#ch and if the owner doesn't have the time to learn about how the rotary engine works besides the bad gas mileage ( DON'T BUY IT ) jajajaa but that's how the sales marketing avoid.... she did point out a few good advises, but she forgot to mention the handbook for the RX8 relies on the rx8club.com community cause not all Mazda Dealers are honest and truth to resolve some RX8 issues....

Good Video though...
