I agree actually. I think the original round fogs are better, but other than that it's a superior car in every way, in my opinion.

Well those VR pictures, as blurry as they are are the 1st real pictures I have seen that brings out the good qualitys of the SII. The other (Metro Grey?) ones are like most and make me thing, geez I hope it will grow on me.

i love the 09s. they fixed most things i hated with my 04 i had for 4 years.... armrest in door now, better leather, better tail lights, better nav, better HVAC, better gauges, better exhaust sound.. the nose is 50/50 for me.. sometimes i love the 09 other times i like the 1st gen better.

It's a better car no doubt.

agreed-- the 09 is a better platform--except for that steering wheel.

The steering wheel is okay. Same as the Miata aka MX-5 aka Roadster.

I haven't heard the 09 in videos or in person yet. How does it sound "better"?

really the 09 r3 is a joy!!! the steering wheel is just fine, but the tranny is well like supercharged!!! :)

yes,

the clutch is very very light!!!! but the tranny will bolt up with the 04 to 08. yes the ppf will be right where it is now, but you have bracing for that.. the ratios are better..

and i dont know much, but i bet rp is on the shifter issue before the tranny is up for sale..
