Going to dealer tomorrow HELP!

Hello...im new here (not really good with introduction)
Anyways I have bootcamp(BCT) Jan. 5th, however my brother is helping me buy a vehicle. In other words get a car, or go Army at the age of 18, kinda young still. I have been looking at a few Z's and s2k. I wasn't really a fan of the Rx-8, but after looking at a few i kinda got this feeling..you know like loveeee.. Now ill be going to a dealer tomorrow, and i have a link of the car im planning to buy. Well...kinda pointless topic, guess im just excited about the car.

Here is the link:

they both look pretty good, and the I believe that 04 has less millage cuz the owner didnt drive it much not because the odometer rolled back.
you really need to drive it or have someone know about cars to take a look at them. pics dont say anything.

Yes indeedy feed the needy. I have been reading posts about the 8's clutch and tranny prob around 80k miles. Since i wont have warranty(plan on getting it) What would be the damage costs? What am i expected to do with the car( as in maintaining is properly)

You might also consider checking out the for sale section here https://www.rx8club.com/rx-8s-sale-wanted-43/ and seeing whats available in your area or within driving distance. Can get some better deals than at a dealer usually. also you know that if they are members here chances are they have taken proper care of the car.

+1 The forum users are usually good at maintaining their vehicles. Plus, you get to kind of know who you're buying from...

To learn about this fantastic car and if it's right for you, please read this thread first https://www.rx8club.com/new-member-forum-197/new-potential-owners-start-here-202454/

Good luck!
