So yet again, The Instrument Cluster has messed up.. its happend twice before, and they have "fixed" it both times.. well not ONLY did my speedo.. ALL the lights came on, But i also lost my power steering.... yes.. thats right.. i lost my power steer... i have had the car for a little under 2 months.. itsa 2005...... and a has 15k km on it..... and its the THIRD time its going back... anyone else have the sme problems.... i think im asking for a new car.. or my money back.. becuase this is jsut stupid

 

Sounds like a serious gremlin in there somewhere. Depending on what state you live in, you may be able to invoke the lemon law for 3 trips to the dealer for the same, unresolved problem. Check the lemon laws in your state.

 

I had a similar issue, but mine would also go to 2,000rpms and stay there. They said it was an ecu issue and repaired it, Never happened since.

they have a website.. www.duboismazda.ca i believe.. either way.... they said they are just going to replace the PCM in it completly.... i was thinking about Giving it back and asking for my money back.. but when i went to the dealership to get something out of the glovebox (a charger for my Video Camera) i was to in love with look of the Velocity red gleaming in the sun.. so im just gonna Bite the bullet and do what is needed to make sure the car works properly.....
