Front and Rear Bumper Question

I have a 2004 Rx8 and I need to replace the front and rear bumper. Does anyone know if the bumper from an 2009 will fit without any modification?

It would be less expensive to go with S1 OE or aftermarket bumpers. Converting to S2 will be very costly.
