Front Door Pannel Removal?

I have a dent in the passenger side door, which I am going get removed by a paintless dent repair guy. It worked great the last time, he took out three dents all in the rear doors.

Anyway I need to remove the inside door pannel so that the he can get to the inside of the door. Getting the back pannel out was pretty easy but the front looks to be a bit more tricky. So far all I have done is remove the plastic around the door handle and I cannot figure out where to go from here. If anyone has removed the pannels for PDR or changing speakers or whatever could you give me any tips on how to remove. BTW, I did try searching but came up with nothing.

Thanks

There are some screws around the door and just remove the tweeter cover with your hand and take all the screws out. There is one in the door pannel pocket. To remove that screw you will need a long philips screw driver. After you remove all the screws its Cake :)
PM me if you have any questions.

First off, roll your window down, it will make this entire thing easier

There are 3 screws:

Screw 1 is behind the door handle. It has a little cap on it. After the screw is out, you can remove the door handle trim

Screw 2 is in the pocket of the door, like Dominion said, you need a pretty long philips head screwdriver to get it.

Screw 3 is the trickiest. You have to remove the window switch panel to gain access. To remove that you need to pry it up from the bottom with a small flathead screwdriver. Disconnect the switch connectors and set the entire panel aside. Once it is off, you will see a gold colored phillips head screw.

After the 3 screws are removed all that is holding the panel on is a bunch of plastic connectors that just pop off. Start from the bottom rear corner (where the light is) and slowly pry up on the panel moving toward the front with a flatheat screwdriver or even a butter knife (cover it in electrical tape to prevent scratches). Then pry up the sides. Lift up the panel to remove it from the window frame. Reach in and disconnect the courtesy light and the light that shines down on the window/door switch area.

Thats it, it is off. Just put it back on in the reverse order.

If the dent repair guy needs the window up, just reconnect the switches, turn the car to the on position and roll it up then shut the car off.

Ok, I got the outer pannel off. And now there is an inner plastic pannel, with the speaker and what I assume is the side impact sensor for the airbag system. Have you guys taken this off as well? I am not crazy about messing with airbag sensor parts, I have heard bad things from friends that work on cars (although nothing on the 8). There are two plastic plugs in this pannel which I removed which give a bit of access to the outside pannel, not sure if it will be enough for the guy to work through.

the pull handle cover pops off. look for the seam and pull on the outer part. then there are two screws underneath that.

take the screw out of the actual door open handle bezel. then pop off the rest
