Fresh off the boat (new blue has arrived)

My new blue has arrived.

I will be present for the PDI and hand-hold it through the entire delivery process.

With any luck, the rest of the snow will be gone in a couple of weeks! D*&^ Alaska!!!

Check 'er out.

Cool... The blue looks ever better with all the ice/snow around it. Kinda looks like a breath mint commercial.

I love that pin stripe job ... even if it is a little thick. :) Cool 6mm. You'll be loving the drive very soon now. Congrats.

yeah, the blue does look nice in the snow. The Mariner Blue Miata was the same way.

BTW, is that AOPA sticker yours?

Very nice color! They say geniuses pick blue. I can't back that up, but it sounds cool.

The AOPA sticker is indeed mine. Pilot?

Ewww, Mariner Blue, blech!
I was thinking more along the lines of Laguna Blue. :)

I once passed up a new Laguna Blue MX-5 R and have wanted a blue car since.

I flew for awhile in the 80's and early 90's. Stopped shortly after obtaining my instrument rating. There were (and are) other things that needed doing. But someday again. Alaska must be a great place for flying.

Glad you got the blue car you were waiting for.

Thanks!
I think the blue will suit me.

Yes, Alaska is by far one of the best (and most needed) places for flying. Too bad I am more into cars and live in one of the worst places for car owners (bad roads, poor weather).

Snow is melting fast now, we have been into the mid 40 degree temps for a couple of days.

Those pictures do contrast very well with the snow. The more I see blue, the more and more I like it.

Please get clear corners... blue looks sweet, but the orange corners with the blue... yech.

Beautiful!

Will you garage your RX during winter months?
