Here is a link to a local article that explains this is basically an argument between the county (Maricopa, where Phoenix and Mesa are located) and the state attorneys.

So his office will "not criminally prosecute motorists driving 20 mph or more above the posted speed limit when they're snapped by enforcement cameras. " :naughty: |

careful speeding 20+ over is a felony in az and they will take your 8!...although i did hit 150 on the 60 :)
