First speeding ticket...

Got mine today, and it's all because of another RX-8 driver! Well, no, it's prob all my fault.

I saw this guy in a Tit RX-8 get on the 405 freeway, so we were right next to each other and I gunned it, got up to about 95 MPH (in a 65 zone). Then, in my rear view mirror, I saw him get on the brakes hard, and quickly change 4 lanes (and exit the freeway?) I thought that was a little odd, but I just returned to normal speed when I realized....there was a biker cop behind me. Anyway, the cop was pretty nice, and she said today was my lucky day and she would only give me a ticket for going 75 in a 65, whew! But I was still mad that I got it, I've been so good in this car, and the one time I open it up, I get caught.

Sounds like bad luck. I'm always wary when I see brake lights on the freeway. A lot of the time you can't see the cop due to other cars on the road, so it's just a precaution to slow down a little.

Sorry man, that was me trying to catch up to you on the 405 before I had to get off at Cherry - I wasn't braking because I saw the cop. In fact, I didn't even notice the cop until after I switched a few lanes to catch my exit. :D
Next time you see another guy with an 8, don't run away!!! Geez.

I've never seen a woman cop on a motorcycle. (I just don't want to see any of them with lights on in my rearview). :D That's cool it was Gin you saw.

Don't forget they always give the winner the ticket. Personal experience from when a RX7 tried to beat me out at those right laned that merge to one lane after a light. ILL they love those. I hate them, no purpose.
