Seriously guys, what RPMs do you guys shift @ and what kind of gas mileage do you get?

when i can i shift at 9k and i do all city driving and get around 16-18 mpg.

for best fuel efficiency I try and keep it under 3.5K at all times. Lotsa shifting and I'm usually in 6th on city streets.

i usually shift between 3.5k to 4.5k. But really Redline it at least once a day, it helps blow out carbon buildup in the engine.
