actually its not the best, but compare to the crappy ones, its better, unless you go for the ones specific for rotary engines.

So the correct answer is "No. You need one made for the RX-8."

DJ - don't know if you're looking to save money, get more power, or change the sound. But when you have a specific brand you're considering, search the site for specific experience that members may have had with it. You may find dozens of posts with conflicting opinions, but there's good info here.

From all the reading I have done, seems the Racing Beat REVi is the best on the market. It's not cheap though.
