Engine Pinging

Hey all,

Alright - this engine pinging deal. She does it at the most random times when accelerating to go fast, or when revving at low RPMs - or sometimes, not even at all. Is there some simple remedy for this? 04 rx8 65k auto

Is it preignition pinging? If so are you using prem-fuel?
