My clutch pedal started to make squeaking noise whenever I step on and off on it.

Searched the forum and learned that Mazda has announced officially to fix it for free of 8

years extended warranty. (or 100k)

I emailed the dealer about this and since they won't get back

to me til Monday, I was wondering if my 04 RX8 (55k) is eligible for this warranty.

Is the warranty starts on the date the sale of the car? or based on the built date?
