DRL not working?? Anybody know the problem is?
Need some help. My both side day time running lights won't turn on now.. (Also passenger side high beam) I assume it is not because the bulbs... So I checked fuse box 15a for DRL(believe it's the right one), it was intact and looked fine, should I also be checking fuses those are in driver side cabin? don't know what those do... Mine is 06 paddlematic, what else should I check?? Any ideas??

Most DRL circuits run 12 volts thru both left and right hi-beams, in series, so they only see 6 volts each. That means that when one bulb dies, they are both 'off'.
A new hi-beam halogen should fix it, but do the pair because the other is just as old and will die soon. ....plus they will match color if you get two. |

You seem a little confused - you said your 'passenger side high beam' doesn't work.
The two high beams together are your DRL's, if one is burned out, they won't work, but your driver side high beam will still work - your symptoms exactly, no? Or are you referring to your foglights? Now I'm confused.... |
