That's sweet! So next question how do you do it and how big of a project is it?

Once you understand what/how to do it, it will be about a 5 minute job.
What is the rush, if it takes 20-30 minutes so what https://www.rx8club.com/showthread.php?t=11737.html Post 24 Under the DIY forum, it is called a fog light rewire. Make sure you read it and re read it and do it all over again till you can see it in your head Make sure you have all tools needed: 1. Something to cut the wires with, dikes? 2. Wire connector: your choice on what type to use 3. Screwdriver/s to remove that small black box (to get to its underside) Not sure if I used screwdrivers to open the box or just pushed the push tabs 4. Something to wrap the wires with, Wal-Mart sells that liquid tape (auto dept) and I think is much better than regular black electrical tape. (shrink wrap is ok but harder to use/find/buy) 5. Wire stripper, depending on what type of wire connector you use. Some wire connectors do not require stripping the wires. The liquid tape can be used in many other applications, the shrink tape, only in certain sizes. The black electrical tape will go bad in a few years, esp with hot summers. I have done mine, fog lamps on anytime I want, with or without low beams, high beams or by themselves Those Search vatos are useless, all they do is say....,SEARCH little do they know no one will follow what they say. All it does it ups their post count. USELESS |
