Dealer Certifications
On the online order, the request is sent to a Mazda dealership, and the last page allows the user to select which dealership to use from a list.
I noticed on that list that there was a column for "certifications", and there were anywhere from zero to 5 logos listed. But the logos were so small that I couldn't read what they represented. Anyone have a clue what they are? Or what they represent? One says "Mazda Dealers something" and has an arrow circling the words. Another is a black label with Mazdaspeed in it. The next is a red badge with blue ribbon, and I can make out "Mazda" and "Club" on the badge, but not the writing on the ribbon. The fourth is has a sideways "M", like a winding road, on a grey circle that is on a blue field. Can't read anything on it, but there are words (at least I think there are). The last has a mazda M logo on a black background, with gold or brown words below -- can't make out the words. Only one dealer listed has all five symbols, but plenty of them have two... Are these Mazda corporate certs? Is there an advantage to selecting a dealer with specific certs? (I'll try to attach the pictures..) -SS |

for me shoe, i would say go to the one that is also a mazdaspeed dealer. i think the tech's at those dealers will have a little more training than the rest so service should be better.

I'm just guessing here but...
Blue logo with winding road - Mazda Elite Dealer (Meets and exceeds performance standards in sales and service performance, customer satisfaction and facility requirements. Elite dealers get allocated more cars. Black Logo - Hard to read, but that designates a dealer is a Mazdaspeed dealer. Red/White logo - Mazda President's Club. The best of the best who are the highest volume movers in the nation. That's all I'll guess about. Brian |
