Ok so I did some searching. I found out that this code is due to a fuse for the air pump or the air pump itself. I also found out that the air pump isn't necessary. However my question that I couldn't find anything that has to do with it throwing other codes. Could this problem cause other codes such as both o2 sensors etc to turn on? This is what the guy at atuozone said and I wanna make sure this is correct.(I don't necessarily trust everyone that works there.)

What............ the air pump being deleted throwing other codes? If that is the question, then "no" it won't.

Looks like you know enough that the air pump isn't really needed and thanks for searching. You might wanna read a little more and maybe search on "air pump delete" or something like that, but you are good to go.

I assume you didn't hear any high pitched whinning in the last few weeks?
And..........have you checked the fuse?


If you decide it is the pump and not a fuse and you wish to replace the air pump, don't go to the dealer. I just read a thread where someone found it for $60.00 at car-parts.com

Yea I saw the post about the $60 air pump. I would prob just get an accessport and remove the cel that way since ill eventually get a mid pipe anyways. Yea what the guy said was confusing that the relay could set other codes off or something? It just doesn't make much sense cuz I just replaced the rear o2 sensor less than a thousand miles ago for it to be bad again. And now I haven't checked the fuse but I read that if the fuse is bad that likely means the pump is on its way out then. But ill prob check it since its only like 5 bucks any ways. Thanks for the help tho. O and no high pitched whinning either.
