Car is almost here.

Yay!!! I just got called and my car is on a truck coming to me, so it should be done with dealer prep and everything by Thursday, since my car is only about an hour away from the dealership right now!!!! I'm so excited.

Anticipation is always fun, enjoy.

sojourner 03-13-2006 07:15 PM

I feel your excitement! I did not sleep for two days waiting for mine.

BunnyGirl 03-13-2006 07:18 PM

I know what you mean. I couldn't sleep last night thinking about this being THE week that I finally get my car and I'm also supposed to find out about my new job tomorrow, too. Big week!!!!

Good luck on the jobfront. I hope sleep comes easier for you than it did me.

I know you are excited, the countdown begins.

BunnyGirl 03-13-2006 11:38 PM

I'm one of these high energy hyper people who are very motivated and goal driven so I won't wind down until maybe the weekend. Until then it is very little sleep and all this hyper energy. Of course with the new job I will also be working 80 hours a week at least through the end of this year to make sure I can keep up on all my bills and pay a ways ahead and pay down others. Had my current job not restructured and changed so many things and cut my pay I wouldn't need the second job. It's not a big deal, though. I've done 80 hour weeks before. Good thing I have lots of energy!!!!

sojourner 03-13-2006 11:51 PM

With all of that energy, will you be driving the new car to the Rotor Rally in Wenatchee in May?

BunnyGirl 03-14-2006 12:00 AM

Depends on it I can fit it into my work schedule. If I can, then probably.

I didn't. If I see the Phantom Blue one I will take a picture, hopefully with the two blues side by side. However, I still won't change my mind and buy that one. :)

I don't have the paperwork in front of me at this moment but it is in the low $33K range ($400 over invoice for going through Costco), and this would be before any applicable discounts I could get off that price such as first time buyer discount, which I believe is $1500 (at least it was last March when I first seriously started looking and pricing).
