Can Anyone Give Me A Number To Call???

I need the number for a Regional Manager or Corporate BDIC that I can scream at. I live in York, PA 17404

Here is the problem summarized:

1. My car got hit on the left side in July
2. Repairs were done by Mazda
3. In repairing it took them two weeks longer than they quoted to fix it
4. The forgot to replace all the stone guards on the entire right side. It's now 2 months later and still haven't got them all in.
5. Last night was the first good rain since the accident, the entire passenger side now has an inch of water on the inside of the car.

My car is now going to smell like it came out of New Orleans! It was 5 months old when I got hit.

I need a number to call and any suggestions you guys might have. I find it totally unacceptable to simply give them back the car and let them repair it again without raising it to a higher level.

Your problem has nothing to do with Mazda corporate if that's who you were planning to contact. Dealerships are independent entities when it comes to this kind of work, unless it is warranty work. So the dealership who did the repair work is the responsible party and your best bet would be to contact the General Manager of the dealership and calmly explain your problem to him/her. Screaming will get you nothing.

Try this page:

I'd call your insurance company and report water damage due to inadequate repair by the company. They'll help you from there. Mazda corporate won't be able to help you.

Thanks for the responses. I'm going into the dealer on Monday. I stuck my head in my car this morning and it reeks. I am completely disgusted by this whole thing but I guess I'll have to find a way to stay calm. I'll take the suggestions and go right to the GM of the dealer and conatct my insurance company.

Any suggestions on what I should demand other than the obvious....problem fixed, carpet completely replaced, floor mats replaced, interior detailed. What else can that stench stick too? I have leather seats so I don't think that would be a problem.
