I love the fact that instead of being united in the fact that we all enjoy the same car, we get divided by a transmission...

 

why are we fighting over transmision??

some people perfer auto some like manual, no need to argue or say that we wasted our money.

so people think that buying an rx-8 is a waste.

well i got a 05 AT do to price , and well sry to say i regret it, u cant get as many accerories as compared to the MT rx8 like the front air dam and other aftermarket things and etc... less power, less gears in the 04 and 05 models. sry to bash the AT so much but i would trade it for a MT in a instant but wouldnt want to loose out of my *** in money

 

You know, all the MT guys at the crossfire forum give all the AT's hell for having a different trans....

the front air dam can be used i believe. there are some stuff that you cant use but its not that many differences. plus im not looking for max performance out of my rx-8, i have another car im working on for that

Yeah, not being able to use the front air dam is ridiculous. They fit it on from the factory. Hell, I have the mspd bodykit and it seems to work for me.

 

The front air dam works fine with AT.. Don't know why they say it doesn't..

I did'nt belive it either. Took a chance and just bought one. It fit fine. Came color matched to boot.

 

i heard it blocks where the air comes in or w/e (forgot what it was called) what they said.. so hmm?
