Buying a factory service manual on EBay...

I just got the R3 and first order is to buy a FSM on EBay...The ones on ebay seem to be for the Series I. Would I be OK getting it or should I fiind a Seies II version. Any advice appreciated. Thanks!

don't buy it yet. someone may have a PDF version of it.
google, and ask around some of the senior members will chime in.

Use this site, it's for a Series 1 also. Some will apply, but I'm sure that it'll be as much help as buying the FSM. Please PayPal to make a donation, as I have, just to keep the site alive.

Do not buy one on Ebay. You can get one free on the net. It will be the same one.
It is not a real one, ie will not have table of contents, no appendix, etc
Here is another link to the same type of SM > http://www.hi-impact.org/ryang/modif...8_manuals.html

Some things might be the same....but the ECU and engine components are quite different in a Series 2 car...so there will be a lot of differences in the areas that mean the most

I don't think Mazda even prints the manuals in hard copy any more..they are all online databases that they can update as needed to provide up to date information :)
