All metallic brakes will squeal, why don't you try re-bedding the oem brakes first, it helps reduce the squealing by a lot.

I wouldn't trust my life on ebay rotors. Why don't you ask to some of the vendors here what prices they have? You may go from barely used stock rotors from Mazmart to performance ones from the other vendors like Bhr etc.
The ones you mentioned wouldn't be an upgrade anyway so it's worth to give it a try.

I got rid of my Stock a couple of years ago and havent'n regretted . Now I have Hawk Ceramic , no more squeal or brake dust . If I remember correctly I got them thru Pep Boys .

i got r1 concepts frt and rear slott/drill for around 300 shipped. hawk pads are the way to go, i like this set up. it will be even better when i get time to install my stainless lines

The ceramic pads are awesome; no noise, low dust. The racing brake rotors look amazing. The stainless lines add firmness.
I had the backing plates and calipers painted to complete the look.

the racing brake 1-piece slotted, ss lines with hawk ceramics is a good street and twisty back road set up. I have a near new set I need to sell. I just pm'ed the op.

to try and get rid of the noise, you could try removing the stock pads, greese the caliper sliders, put some no squek stuff on the pads, clean the rotors with sand paper and then re-bed the brakes. It might get rid of the noise but you are still going to have the dusty stock pads.

Putting grease on the calipers and pads will only be a temporary fix. With my previous OE set up (I now have RB ET500's), I never heard a single squeak. If you have major squeaking from OE, rebed them and check if you have the shims on. The backings of the pads might squeak without the shims.

With my ET500's and OE shims, it squeaked louder than trains at all stops and situations. Even had groups of teenage girls laugh at me and tell me my brakes need to be replaced. I took out the OE shims and they are silent now with very low dust :) .
