Bad Luck?
 

So...I've had my rx8 for a while now...probably about a year. I still owe a lot of money on it and now...it keeps climbing. First off...some asshole hit it with a shopping cart placing two creases in the right rear door...600 dollars to repair. Then a few months later some asshole opens his door on it and seems to pull off with the door open...now not only are there dents, but now there is a new pinstriping job of sheet metal shining through my paint. Then some asshole rear ends my car...of course when it was sitting all by it's lonesome and he ran...I come to find my bumper cracked and muffler split in two...wow...insurance wont honor it. I've had nothing but bad luck...I love this car but I swear if I keep it much longer a plane is going to fall on it...

bummer. Not sure if insurance has the option of "not honoring" damage to your car. I'd call shenanigans on that shite.

Try to look on the bright side - you could be driving a POS K car that you'd never notice the scratches on.

on a similar note, it sounds like most of this shit happened while you were parked. so you'd be dealing with the same shit with any other car you owned. Do you drive a silver?

i agree with dmc, "not honoring" damage sounds ridiculous. how did that conversation go?

Me too I was vandalized. Two times in six month. Fisrt time at my job by an FU&*$/ jealous ( He have 40 years old with a rusty civic and me 23 years old ). He gave kick on my 2 front doors. And last week end another *&?%$/ tore off my mirroir and scratch my paint with keys. I was parked between two BMW in a residential parking. I think this is my chrismas gift for this year !!!!!!

Sorry to hear about your bad luck. Does misery love company? Speaking of owing money - I suferred $10,000+ deer damage on my brand new RX-8 before I made the 2nd payment.
