average yearly mileage on your 8

so i bought mine in january with about 52k on it. coming into january again i am on 69k. It's my first one and my daily driver, i had someone walk up over top of it and destroy it so i have yet to fix that but all in all i am super satisfied with this car. Pretty sure i plan on getting an R3 in about 2 years and plan on keeping that one. Anyone think thats a good idea or would you stick with the 04 no matter the mileage and just turbo it and what not.

depends on what you want. i personally love my s1 but i would kill for the r3 interior :)

After driving the R3, I've personally decided I want to keep my '04. Nothing against it, it definitely had pros and cons, but I decided I liked the feel of the transmission and the clutch in my 2004 over the R3. Though I definitely loved the Recaro's, I see that as something that could be switched a whole lot easier. Same with the R3's appearance kit, if you really care enough, you can swap it as if you were doing an (entire) body kit.

But also, I've grown rather attached to the Rx8 I have now, haha.

I bought it March 26th with 36k mi, and am gonna hit 49k mi Wednesday at this rate.

With the type of guy I am, I know I'll be sticking with this Rx8 for quite some time. Then again, I've grown to be a die hard rotor fan.

I'm confused. Are you asking for people's average miles per year or wether or not you should get an r3 to replace your current rx8?

Sorry I am lost, did you say you had someone come to your car and walk on top of it?

any how, I would keep the 04 , but then again I just like being car note free. Also with the cash you can do lots of things, like tip strippers, i mean fix your car up.

Mine's an 05 with 32k+ miles...do the math.

I average 10,000 miles a year and about 3,000 of it is business miles. The 8 is my daily driver but I live in Downtown.
