What are you worried about racing for? According to your other thread, you need a new engine.

I bought this car to drive it, not push a Baby Carriage. If the 8 does not perform, it's move on time to something else where I can participate in club events. I am not going to coddle this car. I maintain a vehicle very well and expect it to perform as expected. The problem with the 8 or any car does not distract what I like to do with a car. Old Fart 65, hate golf, love speed. I bought a place by the Dragon in Tennessee cause there are no hills in South Florida.

look at your regional forum and i'm sure they can help or already answered this before.

After my re-build engine break in. I'll keep looking. I attended the Chin Motor Sports event in February at Homestead Speedway. THere is another in March but I could not run until I break in the new motor. Chin is back at Homestead in March and the roster for his events fill quickly. Check out his web page as he provides a diverse program dependent on your previous driving experience. Not cheap.
