Air pump question help?
 

Soo just posted because fuel pump isnt working but theres volatge in the connector and my air pump seems to have failed i have a whole bunch of codes related to a failed air pump o2 sensor sec air etc. But i also got a code for a stuck intake solenoid or low voltage to it.
IF THE AIR INTAKE SOLENOID IS STUCK DOES IT MAKE IT SO THE FUEL PUMP DOESNT PRIME OR TURN ON?

IF THE AIR PUMP ISNT WORKING DOES IT CAUSE THE INTAKE SOLINOID NOT TO WORK?

im literally lost and confused on this one im getting mixed info from places.

Sounds you have a lot of problems but none of the ones listed are related to each other. Start fixing them one by one. Leave the fuel pump for last, what causes you to think it has failed?

The fuel pump was fine i dont think it was the problem it was werid my last post covers the codes that were thrown before it died i dont know what could have caused it all i can draw up so far is air pump has failed and i got a code for that solenoid which is connected to the air pump i have 12v to the fuel pump wires but it wont prime or run and it was just replaced not even 3k ago ill repost the codes here

None of these codes were there before the all kicked on withen that drive cycle i just recently disconnected the battery 36 miles before so something failed and took pther things with it is my train of thought

What year is the car? 661 and 076 are both solenoids on the back of the intake manifold that are known to fail in earlier models. Dont quote me but that might be the cause of 443 as well. The good news is if the solenoids are actually banjaxed, they can be had from a wrecker for pretty cheap. Very common EGR solenoids on early 00s Mazda 3 and a handful of other cars.

Now, it's really weird that this all came up at the same time. And the O2 sensors. I suspect something else is going on here. What's more, from most of those codes I can tell you all those sensors are in the same loom on the main engine harness. Is there any chance something got bumped or did you pour sulfuric acid on top of the engine or something? Heck, might not be a bad idea to open up the ECU housing and check that the connectors are all seated properly. If those all came up at once and the car is being driven regularly, I have a hard time not thinking it's a wiring problem.

It an 04 rx8. It was daily driven but after all those codes were thrown it misfired for about 5 seconds pushed accel and it did nothing pulled it out of gear it stalled. Would run and idle rpms would go down as if you just took your foot off accel. when in gear rolling as soon as i pushed the clutch and or tried to shift it would stall. Now it wont start air pump isnt doing anything but making a ton of noise. I may just send it to shop seems out of my ball park. Also no accidents no tampering thing just gave up out of the blue. I did do a reset by unpluging the battery a day before it happened.
