AC Delco Oil Filters Are Now Champ E-Core Designs, if BITOG Has It Correct
Just an FYI for those of you using AC Delco oil filters.
I've personally only used OEM Denso, Purolator PureOne, and Wix.
I'm torn between Wix and PureOne.
I'd use the Japanese made Tokyo Roki if it was available here for the '04 through '08 RX-8, but it's not. Neither is the Japanese made Denso, with the silicone ADBV (it's nitrile rubber and made in Thailand).
But there is a ton of scorn for E-Core filters on BITOG, and AC Delco is now E-Core, if the cut away pictures over there are real.
