ABS issue?
 

Hey, I have a 04 RX8 and lately when I have been pulling into a parking spot if the steering wheel is turning right, the car sounds like its about to shut off. Most of the electronics shut off, but when I put the wheel straight again, everything comes back on. All the light on the dash come on for a few seconds then. So I sat in the car for a moment and if I turn the wheel to the left or right the car runs, but everything else continues to shut off...any idea why?

Low RPM = low output from the alternator. When you are turning the steering wheel you are demanding more power at that low RPM than the alternator is producing, requiring the steering assist to pull power from the battery as well, and your battery terminals are heavily corroded and have an unstable connection, causing voltage drop and many items to lose power until the high demand from the power assist is gone.

Remove both battery cables, completely clean the terminals and the clamps, coat the terminals with dielectric grease and then re-clamp the cables, ensuring a solid grip.

Check the alternator belt tension too.
