8500 RPM buzzer covered by warranty?
8500 RPM buzzer covered by warranty?
I'm taking my car into the shop tomorrow to see if my air compressor (which blew up last week) is under manufacturer's warranty.
It seems like that 8500 RPM buzzer is not working either (I've never heard it. Just bought the car 2 weeks ago with 30k miles on it). Is this buzzer covered by the warranty? If so, I definitely want them to get it working again. Thanks for the responses!

If that's true, I'm gonna be even more annoyed. Sure, I take it up to 8500 rpm every now and then, but if this guy did it so often that he had to disconnect the buzzer, I'm gonna freak out....

The buzzer isn't really all that loud at WOT, especially if you have the windows down. I think it's most pronounced when I've got the windows up and I'm getting into traffic.
