4 Passenger Parties

I know it's not 'meant' to be driven with a fully loaded car, but heck, it did come with 4 seats. Reactions, comments? from those taking friends/family out for a spin

I took my girlfriend and parents out to eat one night in the 8 - Everyone was very comfortable, and much easier for people to get out of the rear seats than any 2 door car.

My father did keep hitting his head geatting out of the front passenger side, though he is the only one who has had that issue so far.

With all the talk of performance and handling, looks, etc, you forget it actually is a practical car for 4 people.

I went on a 6 hour trip (3 hours each way) in my 8 with 4 people.

The car was noticeably slower, but everyone was more than comforatable. Whomever says the back is for kids or short distances hasn't used most sedan rear seats. Most are small and useless, this car has fairly comfy rear seats. Not a peep out of my backseat passengers, actually they slept on the way back!

I've been driving 3 of my co-workers to lunch this week and they have all said that the 8 is suprisingly comfortable in the back. They love the rear console. As for the power, I agree, it definately feels the extra 300-400 lbs of two people.

We've taken one long trip and lots of short lunch trips with four people- the back seat passengers have had no complaints- they especially like the cup holders and console to put stuff in/lean on. I fell asleep back there when I spent time back there. As long as the front passengers aren't really tall and need the seat pushed all the way back, there's plenty of room.
