Yes, everything exept ac will work like its supposed to. Im using the adaptronic pnp ecu.

Its gonna control the engine and boost and oem ecu will do the rest of the car to keep oem functions. I have the full function trigger kit with a rx8 teeth patern so the oem ecu will work like it should. It will be tuned by derwin as well. I would cut the top radiator pipe back some and make the silicone hose(s) longer to ensure flexibility and not stress the radiator fitting. Being that it's the engine coolant outlet rigidty is not a primary concern.

Intake piping is 3.5"(because of maf), turbo inlet 4", charge pipe is 2.5"

For now its gonna be stock upgraded fuel system(oem s2 assembly with denso 265 fuel pump(same as gtr r35 evox frs)

assuming it's not on the boost side, which would require a charge air hose instead:
