Potential Purchase - Prior Rear End Collision Advice
I'm planning on looking at a car that's been in a prior rear end accident. Owner states that there were going 10 and rear ended by another vehicle traveling approximately 30 mph. Airbags did not deploy.
I know the only way to really tell the extent of the damage would be to remove the bumper and have a qualified shop look at the rear area and the frame, but assuming this isn't possible, does this sound like something serious that I should immediately walk away from? I'm thinking if the repair looks top notch, the car feels stable and handles well, everything should fine? Any input would be appreciated! |
