Please help ! Want to buy first RX-8
 

Hi I'm just getting into cars and feel in love with the rx-8. I'm looking to start driving manual transmission and really need help since i do not know much. I was wondering if anyone can give me tips and pointers on what year and price i should get for a good rx-8. Please and thank you !

Start learning to drive manual before you buy. Next, what is your budget or how much you could afford? Last but not least, learn and read the stickies on how to take care of the rx8, good luck brah.

Honestly. I learnt to drive stick on my RX8. 30,000 miles later, I'm still on the same clutch and it's extremely strong. People ask me all the time, how I learnt because they can't remember a car before my RX8.

It's one of those things you can read for hours on, but until you stop in the middle of the street with 5 cars behind you beeping - you just won't learn without hardcore practice. I sat in a flat neighborhood by me for hours just practicing stop/starting. But I knew not to hold onto the clutch when trying to start and everyone always saying "Just feather it."

Learn before you drive, then when you drive, go back and learn some more. Do not buy this car on impulse/looks. It will shit on your grave if you do so. But it will also ensure you goto heaven if you treat her right.
