2009 Mazda RX-8 R3

Been working on getting a RX-8 for quite some time now and I think I've finally found something in my area and worth taking a look at. So I figure I'll ask around here to see if I am getting a good deal from this dealer or if I should try to bring some of the prices down some more.

I saw this thread -> https://www.rx8club.com/purchasing-financing-insurance-56/10-purchase-good-deal-211895/ which makes me feel like I should be able to take this down a lot but it seems like that one was a once in a lifetime opportunity. The only ones I can seem to find are around the $25,000 to $30,000 mark for a used 2009 R3.

Car Specifications
- Under 100km on it (I'll find out exact tomorrow).
- Is a showroom car which means no ones test driven it.

2009 Mazda RX-8 R3 = $29,910
- This was originally $35,710 but they reduced it down to $29,910.
- I would like to get it down another $3,000 but is it something that is possible?
- Are the rims+tires worth $3,500 brand new? I'm most likely going to sell these since I'll be getting a new set.

Paint Sealant & Undercoating & Rust Proofer & Interior Protection = $1,495
- This is done at the dealership and was originally $1,995.
- Takes about 12 hours for the entire process.
- Should I just get someone local to do this for cheaper? Is the package really worth it?

Grand Total - $33,116.01 CAD
- This is with 5% GST, the $1,495 package that was listed above, and all that other small tax stuff that gets added on when you buy a new car.

I guess that's it for now, If everything turns out right I'll be picking it up in early April when the weather is a bit nicer ^^
