2004, 100k, new engine, $9500?

I really need some help on this one. It's the first sport car in my life and I am still too excited from feeling the rotary today to make rational decision.

I went to look at a green 2004 GT RX-8 today. The 8 has a new engine that the dealer replaced at 96k. The new engine still has 8k left on the warranty. I then test drove the car and everything seems fine. Brake were good, stable hard braking, stable accelerating. I didn't hard start to test the clutch life but it seems ok to me. 2 owners but the current owner is a nice lady. No accident or bad carfax report.

The major problems I found are:
-peeled and old tint on most windows and rear glass (I really can't stand it)
-left rear taillight has sign of past moisture with a tiny hole on the edge and some inside scratch
-heater slow to react
-coolant sensor problem
-one tire pressure sensor was not installed (The sensor come with each tire?)

The minor problems I found are:
-missing sun visor
-headlight oxidation
-some paint scratch (not normally wax but paint look in good shape)
-shift knob label crack and shift boot crack

For the major problems, how much does it cost to fix them?

Thanks!!

talk it down as much as possible then fix the easy stuff yourselves.

-peeled and old tint on most windows and rear glass (I really can't stand it)
go to a tint shop, they can retint

-left rear taillight has sign of past moisture with a tiny hole drilled and some inside scratch
dont worry about it. pretty much every rx8 has that problem

-heater slow to react
it needs to reach normal engine temp to get heat going

-coolant sensor problem, and one tire pressure sensor was not installed (The sensor come with each tire?)
tire pressure sensor is very cheap
coolant sensor might be covered under recall I think

Cool thanks for the super fast reply!

I am pretty good at fix small things so that's what I'm gonna do. Just want to make sure it's a fair price to start with, because with a new engine it's kinda hard to estimate.

I am trying to get a cost estimate on these things. I wonder if I can get a good tail light from part outs here, but I guess people are fighting for them...(maybe a third party one?)

The heater control certainly has some problem. It takes about 20 seconds for the heat to suddenly come in, and about the same time for it to shut off. The engine is warm the whole time.

I need to check into that coolant sensor recall...but for sure I am out of any warranty..

I would try to find one still within warranty just in case.
