18x9 SSR Type C Wheels w/Toyo R1-1 Tires
 

I hate to part with these, but they are not what I need for autocross, so out they go.

Set of four, super-light, 18x9 +55 SSR Type C wheels with mounted 265-35/18 Toyo R1-Rs.

$750 for the lot.

Wheels are grey with machined lip. Cosmetic condition is Good to Very Good. No curb rash, but they have suffered their fair share of cones. Most marks polished out just fine, but a few appear to be permanent (light scratches). Center caps included.

Tires have had one moderate season of autocrossing on them. Very little road miles. Stored in an attached garaged, bagged, over the winter. 6/32" of tread left. Should be good for some street miles, several autocross weekends, or maybe one track day.

The one odd thing about these wheels is that two of them do not have the SSR sticker on them. I've included a pic of each to illustrate.

Willing to meet Seattle residents half-way, if you are a serious buyer.

How long ago did you purchase these.

Tires - last year.

Wheels - 3 years ago. But again, these saw very few street miles. Mostly autocross.

Edit - I bought the wheels second hand. But they were basically like-new when I bought them.

I'm interested , do you have pictures of them on the car and the side ?
Is there japanese writing.

I think I can dig up some pics on the car. They look great. If I didn't need the money I'd use these as my street wheels.

When you say "the side" do you mean the inside?

Yeah , inside lol.

There are import stickers inside. Will post pics tonight.

Here is a pic of an import sticker on the inside of a wheel which has no decal on the outside.

I tried (unsuccessfully) to convince the wife she needs these for her Subaru. She obviously doesn't appreciate a good bargain when she sees one ;)

These are still available. I'll be in Packwood the weekend of May 18th, perhaps set up an exchange for somebody in WA?

Perhaps. I'd prefer to try to sell them nationally as a set, however. I have a new wheel/tire setup coming and presumably they will have sufficient boxes to ship out the whole thing easily.

But, I may be open to it.

I'm curious if these are still for sale...PM'd.
